Stephanie Stevens, MPH, joined Magellan Rx in 2015 and is currently the Marketing Director for Publications and Customer Experience. In her current role, she oversees the creation of MRx's award-winning and industry-leading trend publications. She also serves as the strategic and team lead for customer experience initiatives within Magellan Rx. Stephanie has over 12 years of marketing and market research experience in the pharma and healthcare industries. Before joining Magellan, Stephanie served as a consultant at pharma market research firm Health Strategies Group (now Eversana), where she led various consulting engagements with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies deriving meaningful, actionable insights for the entire customer lifecycle and converting those insights into strategic marketing approaches. Stephanie has written dozens of publications on pharma market trends and presented at several national conferences throughout her career. Stephanie currently serves on the board of NOPI – a nonprofit incubator. She previously served on the American Marketing Association- DC Chapter board as VP of Research. Stephanie loves to volunteer as a tennis coach and work with other organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity, to give back to the community.
